The following is the licensing agreement for the Gallium Data software.

The simple version: you can use Gallium Data in-house as much as you want for free, but you can't sell it or redistribute it. If you want to do that, you need to talk to us (info@galliumdata.com).

Software License Agreement

Integrity Logic LLC, a California limited liability corporation, hereby grants you ("The Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Gallium Data software ("The Software").

By using The Software, you agree to the terms of this license agreement.

The Licensee may use the Software in executable format for its own use.

The Licensee may make copies of The Software in executable code form as necessary for use by The Licensee and for backup or archive purposes.

The Licensee may not, however, transfer or sublicense The Software to any third party, in whole or in part, in any form.

The Licensee agrees that Integrity Logic LLC retains all intellectual property rights to The Software, including but not limited to, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets.

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

In no event shall Integrity Logic LLC be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
